About The Position

Mueller Veterinary Services is seeking an experienced Mixed Animal Veterinarian to join their team as a full-time Chief of Staff. This role involves leading a well-established, community-oriented practice in Columbia, Illinois. The Chief of Staff will remain actively involved in patient care while partnering with hospital leadership to support doctors, strengthen medical standards, mentor the veterinary team, and guide practice growth. Mueller Veterinary Services has served Columbia and surrounding communities for decades, providing comprehensive care for both companion and large animal patients. The facility is well-equipped for both small and large animal medicine, allowing for a diverse caseload and the opportunity to shape the medical direction of the practice. The caseload is approximately 85% small animal and 15% large animal.
