About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is hiring an entry-level Mitigation Technician in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role supports homeowners after property damage from events such as water, fire, or mold. Working under supervision and as part of a team, the technician performs restoration and cleanup work, helps customers through difficult situations, and contributes to completing mitigation projects. The position includes an on-call schedule and may involve nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Written and verbal fluency in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
• Ability to lift 75 or more pounds frequently.
• Ability to work in potentially extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, pull, push, reach, and stoop for 8–12 or more hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and cleanup services, including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition, under supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each project.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle and equipment.
• Assist with setting up equipment and temporary structures and preparing materials for removal.
• Clean and care for tools and equipment used on the job.
• Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone as needed.
• Support warehouse and facility tasks when required.
