About The Position

We're hiring a Mitigation Foreman who leads from the front and takes pride in every job. You know how to run a job site. You push your crew, you catch problems before they blow up, and you take pride in finishing strong. At DRYmedic, we respond when people need us most — water damage, fire damage, mold. As our Mitigation Foreman, you're the person on the ground making sure every job gets done right and on time. You'll lead a crew of technicians, own the job site from start to finish, and be the one everyone looks to when things don't go as planned. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. You'll be expected to push the pace, hold the crew accountable, make fast decisions, and bring solutions — not excuses.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of restoration experience required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must pass background check
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in confined spaces
• Available for on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew to complete jobs on time
• Execute the restoration production action plan
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors on site
• Water extraction and drying equipment setup
• Maintain job site safety at all times
• Document and photograph all project stages using company software
