About The Position

As a Mission Trainer, you will facilitate comprehensive instruction for clients, create engaging educational assets, and enable technology rollouts across cloud software and hardware solutions. You will partner with public safety leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to drive platform adoption, strengthen organizational alignment, and share insights that inform future enhancements. This is a remote position based in the United States with approximately 75% travel required. The role reports to the Mission Trainer Manager and has no direct reports.

Requirements

Proven experience in training delivery, training program creation, project planning, and project management.
Familiarity with curriculum development.
Ability to confidently train diverse audiences.
Required technical and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

Background in law enforcement, ideally as a trainer.
AI experience.
Experience deploying programs that align policies and technology, ideally involving Axon products.
Presentation and training skills.
Project management experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for agency trainers.
Create and maintain training documentation.
Develop and execute detailed customer training plans.
Facilitate user acceptance training for software and hardware deployments.
Collect and document customer feature requests and issues.
Provide actionable feedback to sales and product management teams.
Collaborate with Chiefs of Police, Command Staff, Sheriffs, Directors of IT, and program managers before and after sales.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support successful project execution.
