About The Position

SRC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mission Technical Program Manager to support the EA-37B Compass Call program and U.S. Air Force Big Safari rapid acquisition electronic attack activities. The position provides senior-level systems engineering, technical, and program management support for the architecture, integration, modernization, testing, and fielding of advanced airborne electronic attack mission systems. The role will help shape future mission-system architectures and enable rapid integration of new capabilities across the EA-37B and the broader Air Force electronic attack enterprise. The selected candidate will support the EA-37B Compass Call Program Office as a senior mission-systems engineer, architect, and technical advisor. Responsibilities span Prime Mission Equipment engineering and integration; management of system interfaces; development and review of requirements, specifications, architecture products, and engineering documentation; evaluation of architectures and proposed capability changes; and support for acquisition planning, testing, modernization, and lifecycle decisions. The work includes promoting open, vendor-neutral, modular integration and supporting rapid capability insertion on special-mission aircraft. The role also involves advising government, military, and industry stakeholders; reviewing contractor technical approaches; supporting laboratory, ground, developmental, operational, and flight-test activities; and applying engineering methods across architecture development, requirements decomposition, interface management, integration planning, verification, and validation. The position is based in Fairborn, Ohio, and lists 10% travel. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
