About The Position

Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida has a fantastic opportunity available for a part-time Mission Delivery Coordinator! If you enjoy working with people, being out in the community, and having a job where your day-to-day work changes throughout the year, this may be the role for you. As a Mission Delivery Coordinator, you will provide hands-on support for programs, events, recruitment activities, campaigns, and other priorities across Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida. Rather than working within just one department, you will support different Council initiatives throughout the year based on organizational needs, seasonal demands, your availability, and your individual strengths. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a variety of staff members, volunteers, and departments to help bring the plans to life. Your responsibilities may include facilitating activities, assisting girls and families, preparing and transporting materials, setting up and breaking down events, capturing prospective member information, providing customer service, completing administrative tasks, and helping ensure programs and events run smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Mission Delivery, you will have the opportunity to learn about many different areas of Girl Scouts while building hands-on experience in programs, events, recruitment, community engagement, and Council operations. Because this is a flexible, community-based role, your schedule and work location will vary depending on the initiatives you support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is dependable, and is comfortable jumping in wherever an extra set of capable hands is needed.
