Delivery Coordinator
About The Position
Kocourek Subaru is looking to add a Delivery Coordinator. The Delivery Coordinator will assist the sales staff in providing exceptional guest satisfaction. The Delivery Coordinator explains the features of the guests' new car, including all the basic functions (radio setup, windows, sunroof, memory seats, etc), all the higher technology functions (Bluetooth, Navigation system, Homelink transceivers, etc...), the warranty and owner's manuals, setting up the first service appointment and more. This position comes with full training, but requires excellent communication, great organization, and superb follow-up skills. We would love to meet you, so apply today!

Responsibilities
- Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle’s accessories and technology
- Provide customer with in-depth information on owner’s manual and warranty
- Demonstrate features of the vehicle and assist with set-up if necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Issue purchase orders for various vendors
