About The Position
The YMCA is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and caring part-time Minibus Driver to transport youth participating in afterschool and teen programs. The position is based at the Manchester location. The driver will transport students on a designated route and help ensure they have a safe, secure, and welcoming ride. Some experience is required, but training is available for the right candidate. The schedule is Mondays and Fridays from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with substitute shifts available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Some experience is required; the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Safely and attentively transport students along a designated route while following YMCA transportation guidelines.
- Help ensure children feel secure and cared for during the ride.
- Maintain safe driving habits and a clean driving record.
- Participate in ongoing paid training and earn Van Driver certification.
