About The Position
The Minibus Driver transports youth participating in afterschool and teen programming from the Manchester location. The role is part-time and scheduled Mondays and Fridays from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with substitute shifts available. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, caring, enjoys working around youth, and is committed to providing a positive and welcoming experience. Some experience is required, but training may be provided to the right candidate.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Some experience is required; the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Safely and attentively transport students along a designated route while following YMCA transportation guidelines.
- Help ensure all children feel secure and cared for during the ride.
- Maintain safe driving habits and a clean driving record.
- Participate in ongoing paid training and earn a Van Driver certification.
