Requirements
- No formal education or training.
- Previous Luxury hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Experience in inventory or food and beverage handling preferred
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Familiarity with handheld POS or mobile inventory systems (a plus)
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic English
- Knowledge of hotel service standards and guest privacy expectations
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal/written instructions and communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. continually throughout a shift.
- Frequent bending.
- Must be able to push, pull and move levers, equipment and furniture throughout a shift.
- Must be able to work with arms raised above head throughout a shift.
- Must be able to maneuver fully loaded maid cart, weighing up to 50lbs., through hallways and into/out of closets during entire workday.
- Mobility -continuous movement throughout hotel.
- Continuous standing -90% of shift.
- Climbing stairs, approximately 100 steps 3% of 8 hours.
- Ladders -approximately 3 feet, 2% of 8 hour shift.
- No driving required.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining, restocking, and auditing in-room minibar items to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring all inventory is up to standard and that guests are billed correctly for consumed items.
- Refill minibar items in guest rooms based on consumption.
- Ensure expiration dates and product presentation meet quality standards.
- Record guest consumption accurately using handheld devices or manual logs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the minibar storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or missing items in the rooms.
- Communicate guest requests or concerns to the appropriate department.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking supply rooms.
- Secures and maintains custody of equipment, keys and supplies at all times in order to protect and preserve hotel property.
- Be able to perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift in a timely and efficient manner.
- Always maintain proper etiquette in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner with guests and employees of all levels.
- All other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by leadership.
