About The Position
Checkered Flag Automotive Group is hiring a Mini Sales Consultant (Vehicle Sales) in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role guides customers through the full car-buying experience, helping them select a vehicle, demonstrating features, leading test drives, and answering questions about vehicles, financing, and the purchase process. Product Specialists stay informed through manufacturer training and hands-on experience with new vehicles. The position offers a guaranteed wage of more than $2,000 per month before selling a first car, with an annual pay range of $60,000–$180,000 depending on experience. Paid upfront training includes guaranteed earnings. The company uses competitive vehicle pricing to reduce negotiation, and consultants guide customers through the entire purchase, including financing. Requirements
- Enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or other people-facing experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- No more than three moving violations in the last three years.
- Major violations in the last three years, such as DUI or reckless driving, disqualify candidates.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the entire car-buying experience from start to finish.
- Identify vehicles suited to customers’ needs and lifestyles.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and lead test drives.
- Answer questions about vehicles, financing, and the purchase process.
- Stay current through manufacturer training and hands-on experience with new vehicles.
- Guide customers through the full purchase, including financing.
