About The Position

Fastenal is hiring an entry-level, part-time Mini Load Picking employee at its distribution center at 6445 Fulton Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30336. The role helps move products from the distribution center to company-owned branches. Orders are queued in a system, and products arrive by conveyor at the employee’s workstation to be picked, packed, labeled with a routing number, and sent to Sortation. The position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding and training and upon meeting performance goals. Requirements

Proficient written and oral communication skills.

Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 lbs and sometimes up to 100 lbs.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).

Responsibilities

Pick orders and pack products efficiently and accurately.
