On-the-job training is provided, and no previous experience is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Enjoyment of manual, physical work
• Willingness to be outdoors
• Comfortable using basic tools, such as a shovel
• Willingness to learn how to operate equipment such as a skidsteer, loader, or haul truck
• Team player mentality
