About The Position

Linwood Mining and Minerals Corporation is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and safety-oriented applicant for their Mine Production Trainee role in Quarry Operations. This is a temporary opportunity supporting operations for an undetermined period, with the potential for future long-term opportunities for the right candidate. Trainees will assist in keeping quarry operations running smoothly by ensuring proper clean-up and product flow through physical and machine-driven work. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training provided, and no previous experience is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Enjoyment of manual, physical work and being outdoors
• Willingness to learn how to operate equipment such as a skidsteer, loader or haul truck
• Team player mentality
• Desire to be a part of a successful, hard-working team
• Flexibility

• Comfortable using basic tools, such as a shovel
