About The Position
Canalta Controls is looking for a skilled Millwright who enjoys variety, solving problems, and keeping a manufacturing operation running smoothly. Your day could include troubleshooting a CNC machine, repairing a hydraulic system, inspecting an overhead crane, maintaining a compressor, or coordinating a specialized facility repair. You won’t be stuck working on the same piece of equipment every day. We’re a Canadian-owned company that manufactures industrial control and measurement equipment in Red Deer for customers around the world.
Requirements
- Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification
- Hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Can troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
- Work safely and can manage repairs with minimal supervision
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Backflow prevention certification
- Experience with Business Central
