About The Position
Our Emerson Plywood and Veneer manufacturing in Emerson, Arkansas has an opportunity for an Industrial Millwright with a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of mechanical equipment, process, and techniques to safely repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech manufacturing equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Stable employment history
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in Industrial Millwright work in a manufacturing or industrial facility
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts, to include weekends, and holidays as operating conditions require
- A personal and total commitment to observe all safety rules and regulations
- Good working knowledge of industrial Maintenance issues
- Commitment to follow all unit maintenance practices
- A team player who is committed to quality work
- Ability to pass a pre-employment examination
- Must attach a resume to application detailing your education and work experience to be considered
- Commitment to wear all personal protective equipment
- Able to work in manufacturing environment to include climbing stairs and catwalks and the ability to work in extreme heat / cold
Nice To Haves
- Vocational or technical school certificate in related area
- Experience with SAP, Maximo or other CMMS
Responsibilities
- Safely repairing and troubleshooting industrial mechanical systems
- Preventative maintenance responsibilities
- Support of goals and objectives of the entire maintenance team
- Basic hydraulic, pneumatic and drivetrain trouble shooting
Benefits
- The pay range for this role is $22-$36 per hour.
