Requirements

Trade school and/or 3+ years’Millwright experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
Ability to travel 100% of the time.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Oversee the work of the crew, actively participating in daily tasks and operations.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and work collaboratively with team members.
Interpret and adhere to drawings, specifications, and instructions to effectively layout and execute project tasks.
Operate machinery, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, to facilitate the movement and installation of equipment.
Oversee and ensure all safety protocols and requirements are met and maintained.
Attend all required customer meetings, representing the team and addressing any project-related concerns.
Ensure job sites are cleaned and organized following the completion of tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned to support project and team objectives.
