About The Position
EastCoast Builders is seeking a skilled Millwork Journeyman for field operations, completing projects accurately, efficiently, and with superior craftsmanship. Responsibilities
- Execute complex millwork installations, including cabinetry, moldings, paneling, and custom joinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
- Lead small teams or oversee portions of larger projects to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- Regularly inspect tools, equipment, and work areas, and report safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Perform self-inspections of completed work to ensure precise alignments, smooth finishes, and structural integrity.
- Lift, carry, and position materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
