About The Position

Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery is seeking a full-time Milk Receiver/Operator for a first shift position (4am-4pm, with a 4 days on 4 days off schedule). This role involves working as part of a team and individually to clear and unload milk trucks, including proper sampling, temperature, laboratory analysis, unloading, loading, and storage of milk, cream, or other blends consistent with governmental regulation. The position also requires maintaining facilities in a sanitary manner, including Clean In Place (CIP) washing of equipment and cleaning of non-contact surfaces. This is an active, physical job that may involve working on a catwalk in environments that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. A key aspect of this role is establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a small team and drivers, and providing guidance to trainees and co-workers. Accurate record-keeping and computer work are essential. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime on occasion are required.

Responsibilities

Clear and unload milk trucks
