This role serves as the program’s primary internal advocate and subject matter expert, partnering with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to identify workforce needs that military talent can address. A significant focus is internal business development: engaging leaders, understanding their talent needs, presenting military hiring solutions, addressing barriers or misconceptions, and encouraging participation in hiring SkillBridge and military-spouse talent. The role also builds external partnerships, manages program goals and performance, and recommends improvements that increase the program’s reach and business impact.

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to translate military hiring programs into clear business value.
  • Ability to build, execute, measure, and continuously improve a strategic talent program.
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities, build relationships, generate internal demand, and drive adoption.
  • Understanding of recruiting processes, candidate pipelines, workforce planning, and hiring-manager engagement.
  • Understanding of military skills, transitioning service members, SkillBridge, veterans, and military-spouse talent populations.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Talent Acquisition, People Services, business leaders, hiring managers, and external organizations.
