About The Position

This Midwest regional fleet offers competitive pay, frequent home time, and provides training for new CDL holders. Drivers can expect to be home weekly for their 34-hour reset, work with the same planner for consistent freight, and handle mostly drop-and-hook loads. The routes primarily stay within the Midwest region, including IA, NE, MN, WI, IL, KS, MO, and neighboring states.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
New CDL-A holders with at least 120 hours of accredited CDL school training are welcome.
Experienced drivers must have 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
Valid license in current state of residence.
Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Experienced drivers can bring riders and pets from day one.
New drivers can bring riders and pets after training.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL vehicle within the Midwest region.
Complete assigned routes and deliveries.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in paid training with an experienced trainer for 4-6 weeks.
Maintain a verifiable work history.
Undergo drug and alcohol testing.
