About The Position

Green Bay drivers, this regional fleet trains new drivers and has you home every week. Train with an experienced driver for $850 a week. Go solo in your own truck once you are signed off with $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch. The run is a Midwest regional, dry van, about 2,000 miles per week, with home weekly, 34 hour restart. Majority drop and hook. Winter is coming, steady miles are here. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Valid license in your current state of residence.
• Verifiable work history for the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced drivers from day one can have riders and pets.
• New drivers can have riders and pets after training.

Responsibilities

• Train with an experienced driver.

• Adhere to home weekly, 34 hour restart schedule.
• Perform majority drop and hook operations.
