About The Position

This position is for a CDL A Driver for a Midwest regional fleet. Drivers will operate in IL, IN, OH, MI, and KY, covering 1,600 to 2,000 miles per week. The role involves dry van transport with drop and hook, live loads, and preloads. A key feature of this position is that drivers are home every weekend. New CDL holders are welcome and will receive training, including riding with an experienced trainer on real loads, with pay guaranteed during training. After signing off, drivers will have their own truck on full pay, with a guaranteed minimum pay for the first three months after their first solo dispatch.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• New CDL holders must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
• Experienced drivers must have 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Valid license in current state of residence
• Verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
• Live within 100 miles of Gary, IN
