About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Middleware Administrator. This is a contract/FTE position with a duration of 12+ months. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office, with locations in Pennington, NJ (08534) and Charlotte, NC (28255). As a Middleware Administrator, you will administer, configure, patch, and support middleware platforms including WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, and IBM HTTP Server. You will ensure production stability, performance tuning, and high availability of enterprise applications. The role involves supporting application deployments using Ansible, XLR, Bitbucket, and other automation tools. You will also design and maintain middleware infrastructure, topology, failover, and disaster recovery solutions. Troubleshooting application, middleware, and Java/J2EE-related issues is a key responsibility, as is collaborating with application, testing, and infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC. You will execute production releases and regulatory change implementations. Developing automation scripts using Shell, Python, and Perl is also part of the role.

  • Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered.

Responsibilities
