Middleware Engineer_2
About The Position
This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in application development and middleware expertise. The engineer will be responsible for application software development using middleware platforms and integration tools, with strong skills in data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing, and implementation. The role also involves preparing technical and user documentation, performing software conversions, and working in multi-platform environments including mainframe, mid-range systems, personal computers, and laptops. Expertise in relational databases like Oracle and SQL Server is essential, as is hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus and web services. A strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) trends and standards, including XML, JSON, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML schemas, and WSDL usage, is also required.
