About The Position

Regina Caeli Academy is seeking a part-time middle school teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year at their Carrollton, TX location. The role involves teaching in a classical and Catholic classroom, with potential subjects including Language Arts, Religion, and History. While formal teaching certification or experience is not required, the academy will provide training. The position is hourly, with classes held on Mondays and Thursdays. Applicants must be practicing Catholics, willing to sign an Oath of Fidelity, and possess a deep love for the Catholic faith. The academy emphasizes a traditional student-teacher relationship and a structured classroom environment. All staff undergo a background check and RCA Safe Child training.

Requirements

Must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
Must have a deep love for the Catholic faith.
Must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life.
Standard computer skills (ideally with Google Suite or equivalent) are a plus.
Must be available to attend mandatory training on August 10, 11, and 12, 2026.
Must have a clear background check.

Responsibilities

Teach Language Arts, Religion, and/or History in a classical and Catholic classroom.
Prepare for classes at home.
Follow and implement provided lesson plans.
Teach in a highly structured environment.
Provide instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards.
Complete a background check and RCA Safe Child training prior to teaching.
