About The Position

St. Patrick Catholic School is seeking an enthusiastic, faith-filled, and highly qualified full-time Middle School Math Teacher to join our school family for the 2026-2027 school year. Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
  • Florida certification in Mathematics (Middle Grades or Secondary certification preferred, or eligibility to obtain certification in the State of Florida)
  • Strong classroom management and instructional skills
  • A commitment to academic excellence and student growth
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for working with middle school students in a faith-based environment
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of Level 2 Background Screening.

  • Master’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create a rigorous, engaging, and student-centered mathematics classroom environment
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Utilize creative and meaningful instructional strategies that promote conceptual understanding and critical thinking
  • Plan instruction utilizing the Curriculum Track platform
  • Implement diocesan and school initiatives as directed by school leadership
  • Provide accommodations for students with DoSP Student Support Plans (SSPs) in collaboration with administration, counselors, and support staff
  • Maintain professional accountability to the Diocese, pastor, principal, parents, students, and colleagues
  • Participate in professional growth opportunities and classroom evaluations
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and parent-student handbook
  • Support the mission and values of Catholic education through word and example
  • Contribute positively to the life of the school community through collaboration, communication, and service
