About The Position

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Engineering team, MQ-25 Program, is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer in Hazelwood, Missouri. This role will focus on Systems Engineering activities such as requirements definition, product integration, and ground and flight test support. The position involves applying an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify a lifecycle-balanced system of systems and system solutions. It includes evaluating customer and/or operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrating technical parameters, and ensuring compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces. The role also encompasses performing various analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success. Additionally, the position involves developing the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes, as well as resolving cross-functional technical issues.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
3+ years engineering experience
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

5+ years engineering experience
Experience in a role that requires strong written and oral communication skills
Experience working in engineering change management
Experience providing engineering support to aircraft production systems

Responsibilities
