About The Position

ELEVI is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware and software. The administrator will also provide remote support to worldwide sites and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure. The position is located in the Annapolis Junction, MD area and requires a current and active security clearance with polygraph. Requirements

Must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD, area
Must have a current and active security clearance with polygraph
Ten (10) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Must be able to work Wed-Sun 2pm-10pm
Hardware Experience
Experience Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop

Responsibilities

Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
