About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is currently looking for a Quality Systems Specialist to join their team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position will support the E-7 program. The specialist will review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements, ensuring early quality involvement in program development. They will prepare and maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements are deployed. The role involves analyzing process data, metrics, models, and flows to identify root causes of problems, and participating with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation. The specialist will conduct research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability. They will also conduct quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions, developing a coordinated response for management review and approval. Furthermore, the position requires conducting hardware, software, and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory, and customer requirements, and reporting results to management. The specialist will analyze data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment. This role works under general direction.

Requirements

1+ years of experience data mining, processing, and analysis.
3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using advanced features such as filters, formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
3+ years general experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word
3+ years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS) and Corrective Actions

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience in a dedicated Quality role
1+ years of experience using database management, programming, statistical modeling and/or machine learning (SQL, R, Python, JMP, Tableau, etc.)
Experience developing & delivering presentations to management

Responsibilities
