About The Position

BAE Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Instructional Designer to develop training materials for Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) skills in support of a government customer’s mission-critical objectives. The role involves producing curriculum design, organizing educational content, managing curriculum creation, and designing e-learning modules. It also supports instructional development leadership, the establishment of new tradecraft tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and the supervision of training design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business area.
• At least 8 years of related experience, including executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or at least 10 years of experience.

• Intelligence Community experience.
• Instructional design experience supporting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or an intelligence discipline.
