About the position

ClickUp is seeking a Backend Engineer to join their Platform team as they accelerate their expansion in Poland. The role involves owning and developing the Workspace Migration Service, contributing to the design and construction of systems, understanding infrastructure workings, and delivering backend features. The ideal candidate should have an eagerness to learn, a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. Responsibilities

Own (develop and maintain) the Workspace Migration Service, including APIs, services, and integration with 3rd party dependencies for best Customer UX.
Contribute to the design and construction of systems prioritizing performance, reliability, and scalability.
Understand the intricate workings of the infrastructure and how all components interact.
Work alongside fellow engineers to deliver sophisticated backend features outlined in the roadmap.
Challenge the status quo.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
Proficient with TypeScript or other popular programming languages
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
