About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Auto Painter to work in a vehicle reconditioning center. The role involves matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint to paint vehicles inside paint booths. The position requires at least three years of professional automotive painting experience. The job may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Candidates must pass a complete background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
