About The Position

Join the team at Operational Services GmbH within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia. Operational Services is an ICT service provider in the German market that develops and operates IT systems for customers, supports those systems over the long term, and maintains the availability of critical business processes. The role involves consulting, designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft 365, modern workplace, endpoint management, identity, security, governance, and cloud solutions. The position works in close collaboration with customers, architects, and internal teams in an English- and German-speaking environment. Remote work is available only within Slovakia. Final salary is negotiable, with a base salary of at least €1,900 gross, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Microsoft Consultant, Cloud Architect, or in a comparable role.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience with MDM/MAM concepts and mobile security, especially Intune.
• Experience with Azure Landing Zones and cloud governance.
• Experience with identity and security architectures, including Zero Trust.
• Experience migrating on-premises infrastructures to the cloud.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong customer orientation.
• Experience providing technical leadership in projects and workshops in close collaboration with customers, architects, and internal teams.
• German language proficiency at least at B2 level.
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Plan and execute iCloud replacements or integrations using App Protection Policies (MAM) and structured OneDrive migrations.
• Advise on information architecture, collaboration concepts, and user adoption.
• Design and operate modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
• Implement Windows 11 rollouts, device strategies, and security baselines.
• Create and maintain smartphone and device policies for iOS, Android, and Windows.
• Design and implement Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Design and implement modern identity solutions with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles.
• Migrate and decommission on-premises Active Directory environments.
• Establish governance policies and compliance controls for secure cloud environments.
• Plan and implement Azure Landing Zones covering identity, management, and security.
• Support cloud transformation and hybrid scenarios.
