This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and evolving our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with direct involvement in a high‑visibility 2026 domain migration initiative. The ideal candidate brings a solid technical foundation, including experience with identity and access management, security administration, and scripting to automate and support enterprise environments. Located in Houston, TX Standard hours 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday (occasional night and weekend work required) Full-time position The Company Katalyst Data Management (KDM) is the global leader in hosted subsurface data management solutions for the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities In this role, you will administer and support the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity and access management, group management, security administration, and licensing. You will play a key role in a high‑visibility 2026 domain migration initiative, including the synchronization of on‑premises Active Directory with Entra ID. This position also manages the company’s Windows device fleet, troubleshoots complex system and access issues, and develops or maintains scripts and automations to improve efficiency and reliability. In addition, you will partner closely with internal teams to support enterprise IT initiatives and provide hands‑on desktop and end‑user support as needed, contributing to a secure, stable, and positive user experience across the organization.
