The contractor shall provide IT Infrastructure support services, which includes Tier 1 Help Desk, Tier 2 End User Support, Tier 3 Server, Platform, and Network Infrastructure Support and Engineering. Services shall include, but are not limited to, technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues; incident and problem resolution; service request management; infrastructure monitoring and support; hardware and software lifecycle support; and management of escalation across all tiers. The Microsoft Administrator II or equivalent is responsible for managing and maintaining the agency’s Microsoft-based IT infrastructure. This role includes overseeing the deployment, configuration, and support of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 (O365), SharePoint, Teams, and Azure. The administrator ensures the secure, stable, and efficient operation of these systems by performing regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting tasks. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure system integrity and security. Microsoft Administrator II collaborates with cross functional IT teams to support various and OCIO specific projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise to ensure Microsoft technologies are effectively integrated into the agency's overall IT strategy.
