Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT support, administration, or engineering
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

15+ years of experience in IT support, administration, or engineering
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred; Master's degree a plus

Responsibilities

Design, implement, administer, and support client Microsoft email and messaging services
Maintain and implement a secure and reliable messaging environment through both cloud and on-premise computing environments
Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure appropriate security and compliance controls are implemented
Provide mailbox management for local and extended enterprise systems and personnel
