About The Position

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Solutions & Infrastructure Administrator to
support and maintain a hybrid cloud and on-prem IT environment across multiple
locations. This role blends Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management,
cloud infrastructure support, and hands-on technical support for both onsite and
remote teams.

You’ll work across a modern environment that includes Microsoft 365, Intune,
AWS, macOS/Windows devices, networking infrastructure, and SaaS integrations.
This is a highly visible role that partners closely with IT leadership to ensure
systems are secure, stable, and scalable.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support experience (Tier 1–2)
• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune and/or JAMF preferred)
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, firewalls, and routing
• Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• AWS administration experience
• JAMF Pro / Connect / Protect experience
• Ubiquiti or Juniper networking experience
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, user access, and security
• Manage endpoint devices across Windows and macOS environments
• Support cloud infrastructure and services in AWS
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to onsite and remote users
• Assist with networking, DNS, firewall, and SaaS integrations
• Support device management and compliance using Intune and JAMF
• Help maintain system security and compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI, NIST)
• Participate in system upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing infrastructure improvements
