About The Position

RSM is seeking a seasoned D365 Business Central/NAV functional consultant with finance and project accounting experience to join its Managed Application Services team. The team supports implementation projects and continues working with clients after go-live. The consultant will help mentor the team, assist clients with implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software, and work directly with Microsoft to resolve mission-critical business situations. This role works with a nationally dispersed, collaborative team and follows a hybrid work model, with in-office presence twice per week and travel of up to 25%.

Requirements

At least 7 years of hands-on Microsoft D365 Business Central and NAV software implementation or support-services experience.
Strong accounting background, including project accounting experience.
Understanding of ERP software and how it applies to business processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Willingness to work in the office twice per week under the hybrid work model.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
