About The Position

RSM is expanding its Managed Application Services team and seeking an experienced D365 Business Central/NAV functional consultant with a strong finance background, particularly in financial and project accounting. The team supports implementation projects and continues working with clients after go-live. The consultant will help mentor the team, assist clients with implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and work directly with Microsoft to resolve mission-critical business situations. The role involves working with a collaborative, nationally dispersed team and direct client engagement. The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence twice per week, and includes willingness to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on software implementation or supporting services experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central and NAV.
Strong accounting background, including project accounting experience.
Understanding of ERP software and how it applies to business processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
