About The Position

TRASER Software provides a completely digital platform for processes in the agricultural and construction machinery trade, ensuring optimal networking. Whether TRADE, SERVICE, or RENTAL – with TRASER 365, we deliver digital power for EVERYTHING in the agricultural and construction machinery trade, from ERP to mobile apps. This role involves providing professional support to our clients with a focus on Finance, conducting workshops, process analyses, and creating concepts. You will also handle customer inquiries, including their acceptance, clarification, and documentation of support requests. Additionally, you will assist our programmers with the implementation of customer requirements and testing developments, prepare and follow up on training materials, and conduct training sessions on the standard application and individual customer customizations. You will also actively shape and further develop internal processes and workflows.

Requirements

Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, BWL oder ein/-e vergleichbares Studium/Ausbildung
Gute bis sehr gute Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-Kenntnisse (Dynamics NAV) mit Schwerpunkt Finance
Kommunikationstalent & Lösungsorientierung
Flexibilität, Reisebereitschaft
Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse

Responsibilities

Fachliche Betreuung unserer Kunden mit Schwerpunkt Finance
Durchführung von Workshops, Prozessanalysen & Erstellung von Konzepten
Bearbeitung von fachlichen Kundenanfragen, z. B. Annahme, Klärung & die Dokumentation von Support-Anfragen
Unterstützung unserer Programmierer bei der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen & Testen der Entwicklungen
Vor- & Nachbereitung unserer Schulungsunterlagen
Durchführung von Schulungen zur Standardapplikation & individuellen Kundenanpassungen
Aktive Mitgestaltung & Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse & Abläufe
