Microsoft Alliance Manager

Aikido Security•Chicago, IL

About The Position

Aikido is hiring a Microsoft Alliance Manager to grow demand, pipeline, Azure Marketplace adoption, and commercial growth for its developer-first security products across the Microsoft stack. This is a hands-on alliance role focused on creating and scaling the Microsoft go-to-market motion rather than simply maintaining a partnership. The role is intended for someone with prior hyperscaler alliance experience who can build demand, enable Microsoft field teams, activate partners, run co-sell, operate Marketplace, and turn activity into qualified opportunities. The role’s two main KPIs are growing pipeline through Aikido-led demand generation, Microsoft field engagement, and Microsoft partners, and increasing Azure Marketplace adoption and transactions. The manager will own Aikido’s Better Together story with Microsoft, working with Product and Marketing; run campaigns, customer stories, and events; and establish the operating cadence for target accounts, opportunity registration, pipeline reviews, follow-up, and business reviews. They will also enable Microsoft field teams, develop sell-with motions with Microsoft-focused resellers or SI partners, operate Azure Marketplace offerings and transactions, and manage participation in Microsoft programs and incentives. The position is part of Aikido’s Cloud Alliances team within Partnerships. Aikido’s Microsoft partnership is managed through Microsoft’s Europe North partner team within EMEA. The role is based in Ghent or Chicago; Chicago-based candidates need regular overlap with European working hours.

  • Commercial and hands-on approach, with the ability to navigate a complex organization and deliver outcomes.
