About The Position

Xenit is hiring a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect for its Information Management Team. The architect will work with customers from initial conversations through delivery, understanding their business, designing target architectures, and ensuring solutions remain consistent through production. The work includes pre-studies, architecture and delivery, estimation and planning, development projects, and pre-sales and sales.

Potential assignments include developing digital workplaces for document management, project management, intranets, archives, contract management, and Teams workspaces; creating hybrid solutions that combine SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server; supporting secure information management in highly regulated sectors such as defence, energy, and pharmaceuticals; and preparing organisations to adopt Copilot and AI securely in accordance with information protection rules.

The role is based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, or Västerås. It is a full-time, permanent position. Xenit describes itself as a growth company specializing in Cloud and Modern Work and notes that it was Microsoft's Partner of the Year in Sweden for 2024.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an architect working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Server, including hybrid environments.
• Good experience with Microsoft Copilot and Azure.
• Skills in AI prototyping.
• Experience participating in and leading pre-studies.
• Experience estimating project work in quotes and during delivery.
• Experience working as an architect in development projects alongside developers.
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps in development projects.
• Experience and confidence conducting on-site workshops.
• Proven experience designing business solutions with a customer's organisation.
• Pre-sales experience, including solution proposals, quotes, and customer meetings at decision-maker level.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Acts on their own initiative, takes responsibility, and makes things happen.
• Interest in learning about new technologies and staying up to date with trends.
• Methodical and structured approach to work.
• Ability to understand and solve complex issues and make sensible, rational judgments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build good relationships with customers and colleagues.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Microsoft 365 Developer.
• A degree in a related field.
• Experience in organisations with high security requirements, such as requirements under the Swedish Protective Security Act or MSB classification models.
• Experience with document management and ECM platforms such as Documentum, OpenText, or M-Files.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and information classification.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
