About The Position

Allegiance Crane & Equipment is seeking an experienced Enterprise Collaboration Architect to lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of enterprise collaboration technologies. The role serves as the technical and strategic leader for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related digital workplace solutions. Working with business leaders, IT, security, and other departments, the architect develops secure, scalable solutions to improve communication, streamline business processes, and enhance productivity across the organization.

This position is performed on-site at the company’s office in the Clear Lake area during regular business hours; it is not remote or hybrid. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on technology professional with deep Microsoft 365 expertise, leadership ability, and business acumen who can develop collaboration solutions, drive adoption, and improve how team members communicate, share information, and work across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of IT experience, with significant experience in enterprise collaboration technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, system integration, and digital workplace solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business leadership.
