About The Position

The Micro Operator is a front-line member of the Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing production processes that add value and quality to inputs and create finished products. The role involves transforming raw materials into final products, operating machinery and equipment, and packaging products for customers. The position is part of the Purina Animal Nutrition business, which serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States.

Pay is $25.85 per hour, plus a $1.00-per-hour shift differential. The schedule is third shift, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, and a consistently respectful manner.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of manufacturing work experience.
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience.
