The Manager, IT oversees subordinate staff and manages the day-to-day performance of IT operations. This role is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and performance of enterprise-wide systems and information technology solutions, with a primary focus on End User Computing services. The Manager is accountable for the complete lifecycle management and support of end-user devices, from procurement through decommissioning. This position leads employees, contractors, and vendors who provide operational support to business partners, including first- and second-level incident management, asset refresh programs, knowledge management, ad hoc project support, and order fulfillment activities. The role also oversees financial budgets within assigned areas of responsibility and ensures key human resources functions are effectively executed, including recruiting, hiring, performance management, coaching, and employee development. The Manager, IT leads a team of project management professionals dedicated to delivering enterprise initiatives through standardized processes, best practices, and continuous improvement. This role provides strategic direction, coaching, and operational leadership to foster a high-performing team of communicators, problem-solvers, and delivery leaders who consistently achieve business objectives.
