MGR - FED ADMISSIONS - VALLEY HEALTH SYSTEM (FULL-TIME)
About The Position
The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, Henderson Hospital, Valley Health Specialty Hospital, and West Henderson Hospital. Responsible for coordinating all daily activities related to Emergency registration, in-patient and outpatient registration, insurance verification and financial counseling at all Free-Standing Emergency Departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a healthcare leadership position.
- Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and patient accounting system.
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the patient's age.
- Must be able to travel to each Free-Standing Emergency Department site as needed
