About The Position

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Vibralife is a beautiful, one-story, state-of-the-art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous receptionist experience required.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance procedures preferred.
• Experience with medical record analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing administrative support services for the patient admissions process by obtaining accurate demographics and insurance information, and entering into computer system.
• Maintains files and conducts special projects as assigned.
• Obtains necessary consent on required forms.
• Contacts and meets with families for admission registration.
