As a Metallurgical Heat Treatment Line Technician, your focus is precision, safety, and throughput. Your mission Control and fine-tune heat-treat equipment to meet production specifications and stringent quality standards. Verify material integrity through routine hardness testing with calibrated instruments, documenting and confirming readings. Catch issues early: inspect in-process and finished parts, escalate nonconformances to supervision. Keep parts moving: offload, handle, and stage materials to maintain steady flow between operations. Move safely and smartly with material handling gear, including Gorbel overhead cranes. Support finishing and prep using air buffers and other hand tools. Live the standards: follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines every step of the way. Own the workspace: maintain cleanliness and help with basic equipment checks or preventive maintenance. What’s in it for you Compensation: $18.00/hour Temporary-to-full-time hire opportunity Second shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM Third shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 PM–8:00 AM (+$1.00 shift differential) Overtime: Mandatory and/or optional Weekly pay and benefits available Location: Paris, KY

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics
  • Excellent motor coordination (hand, eye, and foot)
  • Accurate color identification ability
  • Physical readiness for the role’s demands
