About The Position

This position is responsible for managing the Heat Treatment and Chemical Treatment processes within the facility. It requires a deep understanding of specific manufacturing disciplines, particularly heat treatment processes for the carburizing of rings and pinions. The role involves managing operations across both pusher and batch-style furnaces, evaluating the ergonomics of quenching and fixture-loading workflows to ensure operator safety. Additionally, the Process Engineer will lead "Visual Factory" management to ensure transparency regarding furnace cycle status, metallurgical trends, and production issues for all team members.
